A former Russian gymnast, Oksana Grishina was born in Kaliningrad in 1978 and she is currently a professional fitness competitor. As a child, she lived in both Russia and Latvia and dedicated her life to fitness. Grishina made her debut as a gymnast at the age of seven and she earned a degree as a specialist in Physical Training and Sports in 2000. She was conferred the “Best Non-Olympic Sportswoman of the Year” title in both 2005 and 2006 in her native region of Kaliningrad.
Grishina won several European and World titles during her career and she earned her IFBB pro card in 2007, being the second Russian athlete to do so. Grishina is currently living and training in California, where she works as a personal trainer, fitness model and fitness consultant. Besides fitness, Oksana Grishina is passionate about music and performance and she considers these activities important for helping her achieve remarkable results in her stage work.
