I was born in Bangkok, Thailand and came to the states when I was 3 days old. I come from a family of 3 brothers and 1 sister. We were all active in some sort of competitive sport. For me, I enjoyed cheerleading and running the most. I found the passion for lifting weights at 18 years old where I hired my first trainer at a Gold’s Gym.
I got married literally the day before my 21st birthday, and currently have 2 beautiful children. It was after my first born, Lana, now 5 years old, that my body had a complete change for the better. More
