Jamey Peters is a figure competitor champion born in 1984 in Stanwood, WA. Jamey became interested in bodybuilding after she watched “Ironman” and decided that getting a muscular physique may be the right career path for her. Her mentors and coaches are Pete Grubbs from Construction Zone and Tanji Johnson. With a contest weight of 120 and a regular weight of 128, Jamey competed for the first time in the NPC in 2011. She won her class in the 2011 NPC Northwestern Championships as well as the overall title in the Figure competition. Jamey’s goals for the future include competing in the NPC/IFBB USA’s in order to make the transition from amateur to professional. Jamey Peters currently lives and trains in her hometown.
