Patricia Mello

Gorgeous, statuesque bodybuilder, Patricia Mello is one of the World’s Top Fitness Models. Known for her stunning beauty, stage presence and overall muscularity, she is donned one of the world’s leading International female bodybuilders. Although you wouldn’t know by looking, Mello enjoys eating cheese, pasta, ice cream and drinking Coke. She is a personal trainer who also doubles as, what else but fitness modeling. Patricia Mello was the first Brazilian woman to win the NABBA Brazilian Figure National title and the NABBA World Figure Championships (2002 and 2004 she won.) In 2005, Mello joined the ranks of the IFBB. Where she would compete in several events with mixed results. 2006 would earn Mello another win in the IFBB Brazilian National title. She finished fourth in the 2006 IFBB World Amateur Figure Championship and she received her pro card, awarded by the Brazilian IFBB Federation.

Forced to nurse a hip injury, Mello took 2011 off. For a short time, she contemplated retiring but instead hooked up with her present trainer, the legendary Charles Glass. It was Glass who helped Patricia to start setting new goals such as learning to speak English and consider quitting Figure and crossover to the new Women’s Physique. Shortly thereafter, in 2012, Mello competed in three shows earning one victory as well as two second place finishes. Mello won the 2012 IFBB Europa Orlando title and then finished second at the IFBB Los Angeles Grand Prix and the IFBB Titans-Angels Grand Prix. In 2013, Mello won first place at the The IFBB Los Angeles Grand Prix.

Mello has a commitment to win and has made her presence known. Undoubtedly, she is a pleasurable threat.
