Amy Fadhli is a twin born into a multi-racial family. Amy’s father, who was born in Baghdad, a cardiovascular surgeon, and her mother is Czech, a famous sculptor and a breeder of Arabian horses. She holds a degree in dental hygiene and after graduating from college, she moved to Northern California, where she first encountered serious fitness training. However, she eventually moved to Dallas and started swimsuit modeling and competing in bikini contests in which she won several swimsuit titles and many prizes including money and trips.
Encouraged by all of the contest wins and prizes she ventured into her first, Fitness America Pageant. She earned an invite for the National Championships in that same year. Amy Fadhli placed ninth overall and first in the physique round. She’d been bitten with the contest bug. She set her sights on one of the most prestigious competitions and after only a few years Amy was crowded the American National Champion (1996) and she’s featured in the first Volume of MuscleMag’s Hardbodz.
Fadhli, besides being a fitness model, is also an actress and has made appearances in such well-known television shows such as The Young and the Restless as well as portraying herself in Sporting Grace. Her character is willing to go to great lengths to get the interview with different star athletes. Amy Fadhli’s movie credits include; The Devil’s Child (1997), Heaven & the Suicide King (1998), Con Games (2001) and The Scorpion King (2002). Amy loves to travel. Her career choices have allowed her an opportunity to see many parts of the world fulfilling one of her passions. With the contest circuit she’s travelled all around the world as well as with her acting endeavors; places such as Jamaica, Slovakia, Malayasia, Hungary, Guam, Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, Spain, Lebanon and Mexico.
