Born in Reno, Nevada, Melissa Detweiller is a popular female bodybuilder who fell in love with gyms and lifting weights as a teenager and started working as a body builder in her twenties. Melissa’s competition history goes back to 2004, when she got the Women’s Open LH 1st place winner in the NPC John Sherman Classic in Houston, TX. She than succeeded to obtain Women’s Open HW 2nd place in the 2005 NPC Southern Classic in Jackson, MS and Women’s Open LH 2nd place in the 2005 Jr. Nationals in Chicago, IL. Melissa Detweiller is married, has a passion for animals and her future goals include getting her pro card and being featured in muscle magazines.
