Kizzy Vaines

Since Kizzy Vaines’ first competition in 2004, has been recognized as an amazing competitor and has become a well- known crowd favorite. Kizzy is a trained ballet dancer, her diversity and proficiency cross many genre including Tap and Modern. She has trained around the world — Spain, England and Malta, to name a few. Vaines’ transition from ballet to bodybuilding was seamless and awe inspiring with the depth of her dance training emerging as her best asset.

Kizzy’s inherent flexibility allowed her to create a distinction from her competition as she used contortionism in her floor routines; bringing the wow factor to her audiences. Kizzy Vaines is known most notably for her win in the EFBB British Championships in 2004 where she received her pro card. Vaines went on to compete winning both in Fort Lauderdale’s IFBB Fitness Pro (2009), and in Pittsburgh’s IFBB Pro (2012). Additional competitive placements for Kizzy include twelfth place in Arnold Festival, Ohio (2010), twelfth in Vegas (2010) and seventh in Arnold Festival, Ohio (2012).

Kizzy Vaines has gone on to be an unexpected but exciting fixture in the fashion industry. Her appearance in LOVE magazine was photographed by Solve Sundsbo, a genius of the visual arts. The fashion industry has experienced the impact of this exceptional bodybuilder physique and distinctive facial features. Vaines has marked the film industry with her never-say-never attitude and effortless beauty. Kizzy Vaines’ shows even more versatility as her personal portrait, which focused on the attitudes of toward the idea of female body building. The piece was the winner of the ASVOFF Grand Prize, showing the reasons behind wanting to push your body to those extremes.
