Heather Mae French is an IFBB professional figure athlete, ISSA Certified personal trainer, model, mom and respected member of the health and fitness industry. She has established herself as one of the top competitors in the IFBB Pro Figure Division. Her accomplishments include an impressive competition history:

I earned my IFBB Pro Card by winning the Figure Overall at the 2008 NPC Nationals, my third figure competition.
I’m also a USATF competitor, having jumped 5’11″ and just missed qualifying for the Olympic Trials.
